Success of police and SFs is that they are getting misguided youth back says IGP

Pampore 6 November (KNB): Two militants have been killed in the encounter, while one militants has surrendered to the forces at Meej Pampore in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Officials stated that incriminating materials including arms and ammunition was recovered and further search is going on. 

Adding that one local militant surrendered during the live encounter. 
IGP Kashmir said, “Success of police and SFs is that they are getting misguided youth back. This year has been successful as they are returning, knowing well that they are being honourably welcomed. 

Yesterday, An encounter started between the militants and joint team of forces in the area during the cordon and search operations (CASO).

Officials said that during the CASO militants fired indiscriminately in which two civilian got injured.

Further confirmed that one among two injured civilians has succumbed to his injuries on Friday morning.

Slain has been identified as Abid Nabi from Pampore while as Kifayat Ahmad who is undergoing treatment at Bone and Joint hospital Srinagar is stable. (KNB)
