22 Positive cases for covid 19 reported in J&K

Srinagar 15 April (KNB): Twenty two new positive cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in J&K, taking the total number of affected in the UT to 300 on Wednesday.

“22 new cases reported from J&K today. Jammu-4 Kashmir-18. All contacts of positive cases. Total number of positive cases now 300 Jammu-54 and Kashmir-246 Daily bulletin follows-will indicate further details,” Kansal tweeted

“Out of 344 samples, 15 tested positive of covid19 in SKIMS Lab, while 3 are from Bandipora, 2 from Baramulla, 2 from Kupwara and 8 from Ganderbal district,” officials told KNB.

The total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir has now risen to 300 mark. While four patients have died in Jammu and Kashmir, thirty have recovered.

More than 52,000 people have been kept under surveillance, including those who are either in government established quarantine facilities or in home quarantine. (KNB)
